Bünyan Vocational School was first established at the meeting of the General Council of Higher Education dated 20/10/2006, in accordance with Article 7/d-2 of the Law No. 2547 amended by Law No. 2880, under the affiliation of Erciyes University, then dated 18.05.2018 and numbered 30425. Our establishment was established by connecting to the Rectorate of Kayseri University with the Law on the Amendment of Higher Education Law No. 7141 and Some Laws and Decrees with the Force of Law published in the Official Gazette.

In our school, there are 2 departments and 3 programs under the Property Protection and Security Department, Private Security and Protection Program and Civil Defense and Firefighting Program, and Postal Services Program under the Transportation Services Department. Our school received its first teaching staff in June 2018 and continues to work in line with its mission and goals with 10 teaching staff, including 1 Principal and 2 Deputy Principals.

The current building of our school in Bünyan District was built by philanthropists as a block in 2012 and received its first students in the 2019-2020 academic year.
